Myra D. West, Psy.D.
Dr. West, a clinical and consulting psychologist, has worked in the field of traumatic stress for 30 years. Initially with children and families and then, public safety and health care professionals. She has treated and been an advocate for individuals exposed to:
- workplace stress, bullying, & violence
- domestic violence
- community violence
- human trafficking
- potentially traumatic scenes & events
- motor vehicle accidents
- home invasions
- homicide
- burn survivors
- officer-involved shootings
- physical and sexual abuse
- neglect (emotional, nutritional, educational, medical)
